I’m NicoleGregory, an Occupational Therapist, yoga teacher, and wellness coach helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement, breath, and nervous system regulation.

For years, I was the woman who pushed through stress, stayed busy, and ignored what my body was trying to tell me.

Pause & Flow was created to offer a different approach - one that doesn’t require perfection, hours of your free time, or adding one more thing to your to-do list.

Instead, it starts with a pause.

Because when we slow down long enough to listen, the body often tells us exactly what it needs.
